Probation workers together with volunteers helped a single woman in Kokshetau

A single woman turned to the city Department of employment and social programs and was forced to ask for help because it was snowing for two days, and the yard, in front of the entrance door of her house, was completely covered with snow. Thanks to the joint partnership with the Employment Department, probation workers and volunteers took note of the woman's request.
Young people dug snow with shovels in the fresh air, cleared the yard of Lyudmila Ivanovna's House of snow, and also brought coal and helped with household chores.
The volunteers left phone numbers so that Lyudmila Ivanovna could contact them directly if she needed help.
