A competition of chefs was held in the institution of the UIS in the Akmola region

The EU-166/25 institution hosted a competition among convicted students in the specialty "cooking" within the framework of WorldSkils Kazakhstan at the department of the professional agrotechnical college. The contestants were divided into two groups: "chef" and "good cook". They worked in two modules.
The convicted students, equipped with a technological map, completed the task in accordance with the requirements and made perfect use of the time allotted for this. They showed all their skills in cutting vegetables, observed safety measures and eventually assembled a workplace. Considering the choice of taste and the use of spices to taste, competitive dishes to taste, each team was different. According to the results of the competitive tasks, the "chef" team won, which prepared chicken breast by stewing with vegetables. In general, both teams have prepared well.
- Both teams coped with the task perfectly. It's nice to see our work and understand that this is our contribution to the socialization of convicts, - says the head of the department of the vocational college Aigul Beisembayeva.
