Psychological training was conducted among the probation staff of East Kazakhstan region

Among the employees of the probation service of the Levoberezhny district of the Department of UIS for East Kazakhstan region, psychologists of the probation service conducted trainings on team building. Different methods of work were used during the training.
The event is aimed at reducing the level of anxiety and emotional burnout, as well as effective teamwork, the formation of a favorable working atmosphere among probation service employees.
- During the training, employees were taught methods and techniques of stress relief. Various relaxation techniques have been proposed. After all, a team at work is a team of employees who trust each other and work to achieve common goals. The institution works much more efficiently if the employees are formed into a single whole, when everyone understands their tasks and works to achieve them in harmony with colleagues– - said the head of the probation service of the Left Bank district Baurzhan Toleukhanov.
