A resident of Aktobe hid his phone in a banana and was going to deliver it to his arrested friend

In the Department of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Aktobe region, employees of the Department of Regime and Security of the KA-168/1 institution (pre-trial detention center), during the inspection of the parcel that arrived at the institution, seized a mobile phone and a Beeline SIM card carefully hidden in a banana.
The prohibited items were hidden in a banana by a 29-year-old resident of the city named I. and handed over to his friend the defendant, who was "engaged in a fictitious business."
- Citizen I. fully admitted his guilt in his explanations. A protocol has been drawn up on the offender under Articles 791 and 795 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the case has been sent to the specialized administrative court of the city of Aktobe, - said Ruslan Urazbayev, head of the Department of Criminal Justice in the Aktobe region.
