In the Karaganda Region, staff of Institution No. 36 of the Department of the Penal Enforcement System (DUIS) for the Karaganda and Ulytau regions marked the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in an unusual way — with a bike ride.

🚴‍♂️ The 30-kilometer route was chosen symbolically to reflect the number of years since the adoption of the country’s Fundamental Law.

Participants emphasized that the Constitution is a strong foundation of statehood and a guarantor of citizens’ rights and freedoms. The bike ride served as an expression of the staff’s commitment to contributing to the promotion of patriotism and a healthy lifestyle.

“The bike ride was not only a sporting event but also a platform for team building, boosting team spirit, and promoting active recreation among penal enforcement officers,” noted Deputy Head of the Institution, Justice Lieutenant Colonel Arman Yermekbayevich Koshkinov.

Such events help to strengthen corporate values, maintain physical fitness, and shape a positive public image of the penal enforcement system.
