In accordance with subparagraph 2 of paragraph 138 of the rules for planning and implementing public-private partnership projects (hereinafter referred to as the rules), approved by the Order of the committee of the Penal correction system of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 25, 2015 No. 725, in order to involve business entities in planning PPP projects, as well as to increase transparency in planning public-private partnership projects, the public - private partnership project "creation and implementation of an electronic store in UIs institutions" (hereinafter referred to as the rules - PPP Project) announces the initiative through direct negotiations.
