Press release to the draft order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to some orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan"
The Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order "On amendments and additions to some orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter - the draft).
The project was developed within the framework of monitoring regulatory legal acts, as well as improving the execution of criminal penalties in the form of imprisonment.
The project provides for amendments and additions to the following orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs:
August 13, 2014, №508 "On approval of Rules of carrying out educational work with convicts to imprisonment";
on November 17, 2014 №819 "On approval of the internal Regulations of the institutions of the penal system";
July 26, 2017 No. 505 "On approval of the internal Regulations of remand of the criminal-Executive system".
The project provides for the possibility of functioning of electronic trading platforms in the institutions of the Criminal justice system (shops), improving the activities of the section of applied art and artistic amateur activity of convicts, as well as other issues of the daily routine of the institutions of the criminal justice system.
