The Department of Educational and Socio-Psychological Work among convicts, having considered an oral request for information on the rights and obligations of citizens, foreigners and stateless persons in the relevant areas, within the established, although not direct competence, reports the following.
The rights and obligations of persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty held in institutions of the penal enforcement system are regulated by the Penal Enforcement Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
