On approval of the Action Plan for 2021-2023
on the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
for 2015-2025
In order to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2014 No. 986 "On the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
for 2015-2025" The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the attached Action Plan for 2021-2023
on the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Plan).
2. Central executive bodies, state bodies directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (as agreed), akims of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, as well as interested organizations responsible for
for the execution of the Plan:
1) take the necessary measures to implement the Plan;
2) once a year, no later than the 15th day of the month following the reporting year, to provide information on the implementation of the Plan's activities
to the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service).
3. The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service) (by agreement), no later than February 15, following the reporting year, submit to the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan summary information on the monitoring conducted
and evaluation of the implementation of the Plan's activities under the section "Anti-corruption".
4. The Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan information
on the progress of the implementation of the Action Plan for the year to submit
to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan no later than March 15, following the reporting year.
5. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
