The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
Reorganize the republican state institution "Department of the Penitentiary System for the city of Shymkent of the Committee of the Penitentiary System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the republican state institution "Department of the Penitentiary System for the Turkestan region of the Committee of the Penitentiary System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by merging into the republican state institution "Department of the Penitentiary System for the City of Shymkent and Turkestan region of the Committee of the Penitentiary System systems of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" with a deployment in the city of Shymkent.
To make the following amendments and additions to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
dated June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Issues of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the said resolution:
in paragraph 16:
functions of the central office:
add subparagraph 95-99) as follows:
"95-99) develops and approves the rules of catering for suspects, accused, convicted persons and children in children's homes of institutions of the penal enforcement system;";
in the list of state institutions - territorial bodies under the jurisdiction of the Ministry and its departments:
in the section "2. Committee of the Penal Enforcement System":
the line, serial number 14, should be deleted;
the line, serial number 17, should be stated in the following wording:
"17. Department of the penitentiary system for the city of Shymkent and Turkestan region.".
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, to take appropriate measures arising from this resolution.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
