[b]functional responsibilities: [/b] develops and implements measures to be carried out by the UIS Committee in accordance with the orders of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other regulations on public procurement. Organizes the preparation of analytical materials and references about the work of the group. Prepares draft contracts for public procurement of goods, works and services for the UIS Committee. Monitors the implementation of contracts concluded by the UIS Committee. Makes proposals to improve the organization of the Department's work. Manages the division and directs its activities to fulfill the tasks assigned to organize and conduct public procurement, provides organizational and technical support for the work of the Competition Commission. Organizes the work of the Competition Commission for public procurement of goods, works and services for the needs of UIS institutions. UIs monitors prices when making proposals to the Section "budget programs" of the strategic plans for the coming financial years regarding the financial costs of construction facilities, UIs bodies and institutions. Knowledge of regulatory legal acts in accordance with the testing program for knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the development strategy of Kazakhstan until 2050, regulatory legal acts in accordance with the testing program for knowledge of regulatory legal acts regulating relations in the industry in accordance with the specialization of a particular position of this category. Practical experience-the ability to work on a computer in accordance with the standard qualification requirements.
