1. b]Position information:[/b] temporarily vacant position for the period of leave of the main employee for child care until 07/25/2023, expert of the documentation support group of the UIS Committee, category C-5 (1 unit).
[b]Functional responsibilities:[/b] Ensuring the receipt and dispatch of secret and unclassified correspondence. Record keeping, registration and timely receipt and familiarization by the interested services of the UIS Committee of resolutions, orders and Decrees of the President and the Government, orders of the Minister and the UIS Committee marked "For official use"; reception and registration of incoming, outgoing and internal correspondence in the Unified Electronic Document Management System (hereinafter - EDC); organization of timely transfer of official documentation to the structural divisions of the committee: record keeping, registration and timely receipt by interested services of resolutions, orders and Decrees of the President and the Government, orders of the Minister: ensuring proper storage or return to the Department of Documentation Support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after reviewing the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, resolutions and orders of the Government, decisions of Collegiums, orders and instructions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
conducting an analysis of the state of the document flow with a proposal to the management of the department for its improvement;
record keeping, registration of received appeals of individuals and legal entities;
monitoring the timely receipt and consideration of appeals from individuals and legal entities in the services ;
preparation of reports on consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities;
organization of work on the reception of citizens by the management;

Functional responsibilities: Develops and participates in the preparation of draft laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Carries out legal expertise of draft laws and other regulatory legal acts developed by the Committee, or submitted for approval from other state bodies. Together with the interested services of the Committee, it checks for compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, drafts of regulatory legal acts of other state bodies submitted to the Chairman for approval, and prepares a conclusion on the possibility of their approval. Participates in the preparation of projects of complex programs, plans and other documents. Organizes the participation of representatives of the structural divisions of the Committee in interdepartmental working groups in the development of draft laws and other regulatory legal acts by other state bodies. Checks the activities of the legal services of the territorial divisions of the UIS. Carries out interaction in rule-making, claim-and-claim activities with the structural divisions of the Committee. Carries out departmental control over the claim and claim work in the territorial bodies of the penal enforcement system. Functional responsibilities: maintains a cumulative statement f. 396 (memorial order No. 13) and analytical accounting of the consumption of materials on accounts 1312 "Materials for educational, scientific research and other purposes", 1315 "Fuel, fuel", 1316 "Household materials and stationery", 1318 "Spare parts", 1319 "Other materials", receives material reports on the Committee for the consumption of diesel fuel and fuel, stationery and household goods and other stocks;
maintains a cumulative statement f.438 (memorial order No. 9) on the disposal and movement of long-term assets, analytical accounting cards for account 2360 "Machinery and equipment" (arttehvooruzhenie);

Functional responsibilities: Provides preparation and sending to the authorized bodies of information on the implementation of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the internal affairs bodies. In order to determine the level of knowledge of employees of internal affairs bodies in the state language, organizes testing according to the "KAZTEST" system, conducts state language training courses. Monitors their attendance. If necessary, on behalf of the head of the department, conducts an editorial examination of prepared or translated documents in the state language.
