1)work in law enforcement agencies, including C-GP-4, C-OGP-4, C-RGP-1, C-AGP-4, C-KGP-2, C-OKGP-2, B-PK-4, B-RKO-3, C-SV-4, C-SVO-3, C-SVR-1,C-SVU-3, C-SN-3, C-SSP-3, C-SGU-5, C-FM-3, C-FMO-3 for at least one year in positions of the following lower-level categories provided for by the staffing table of various structural divisions;
2) at least seven years of work experience in special state bodies or military service, including at least one year in senior positions;
3) at least nine years of work experience as a judge;
4) at least nine years of public service experience, including at least one year in political positions or positions of corps "A" or not lower than categories a-3, B-3, C-3, C-O-3, C-R-1, D-3, D-O-3, E-2, E-R-1;
5) at least ten years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position of this category, including at least four years in senior positions;
6) at least five years of work experience for persons included in the Presidential Youth personnel Reserve.
Appointed from among the employees enrolled in the personnel reserve for holding higher positions.
