1) at least seven years of work experience in the law enforcement service, including C-GP-4, C-OGP-4, C-RGP-1, C-AGP-4, C-KGP-2, C-OKGP-2, B-PK-4, B-RKO-3, C-SV-4, C-SVO-3, C-SVR-1, C-SVU-3, C-SN-3, C-SSP-3, C-SGU-5, C-at least one year in positions not lower than categories FM-3, C-FMO-3 or not lower than the following lower categories provided for by the staffing table of specific structural divisions;
2) at least seven years of work experience in special state bodies or military service, including at least one year in senior positions;
3) at least nine years of work experience as a judge;
4) at least nine years of work experience in the civil service, including at least one year in political positions or positions of corps "A" or not lower than categories a-3, B-3, C-3, C-O-3, C-R-1, D-3, D-O-3, E-2, E-R-1;
5) at least ten years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position of this category, including at least four years in senior positions;
6) at least five years of work experience for persons included in the Presidential Youth personnel Reserve.
Appointed from among the employees enrolled in the personnel reserve for holding higher positions.
It is assigned at the expense of employees who have completed advanced training courses.
