The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to some orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter - the Draft).
The project was developed as part of the implementation of continuous video surveillance
in penitentiary institutions.
The draft provides for amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 17, 2014 No. 819
"On approval of the Internal Regulations of institutions of the penitentiary system", as well as in the Order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
dated July 26, 2017 No. 505 "On approval of the Internal Regulations of pre-trial detention facilities of the penitentiary system" regarding the implementation of video surveillance in institutions of the penitentiary system.
