The Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on amendments to the order of the Minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2017 No. 505" on approval of the internal regulations of pre-trial detention facilities of the Penal correction system" (hereinafter referred to as the draft).
The project was developed within the framework of monitoring of regulatory legal acts.
The draft provides for amendments as part of the elimination of the outdated norm.
