Press release about the meeting with the Director of the national school of justice of Portugal

Today, the acting first Vice-rector of the Academy of law enforcement agencies under the Prosecutor General's office nail Akhmetzakirov met with the Director of the national school of justice of Portugal Joao Manuel Da Silva Miguel.

During the meeting, a constructive conversation and exchange of views on issues of mutual interest took place. In particular, the interlocutors discussed aspects related to the professional training of legal personnel.

The guest shared his experience in this field and focused on the main activities of the National school of justice. As noted by Zh.Miguel school of justice is recognized as one of the most authoritative educational and research centers in the region, and is a member of international training organizations. Students from many countries are trained here.

Following the meeting, the parties expressed their intention to conclude a Memorandum of cooperation between the two educational institutions. According to the participants of the meeting, the signing of the agreement will give an additional impetus to long-term partnership in the educational sphere.

According to N. Akhmetzakirov, the active development of legal cooperation with leading international organizations is a good help for the integration of the Academy into the world scientific and educational space. This interaction allows us to jointly solve topical issues in the field of science and education, exchange experience in training legal personnel, and conduct research of a fundamental and applied nature.
