Press release on the functioning of a special section on the website of the Prosecutor General's office on countering extremism and terrorism

The Prosecutor General's office has created a special section on the site (http://prokuror.gov.kz/rus/form/uvedomlenie), in which users can anonymously leave their notifications (messages) about manifestations of extremism and terrorism by filling out a special form.

If there are supporting materials (photos, screenshots, videos, or audio recordings), they can also be attached to the notification.

The list of reported information is specified:

- suspicious persons who appear at their place of residence or work, try not to attract attention and lead a secretive lifestyle;

- on persons involved in illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs, weapons, ammunition, explosives, explosive (including improvised) devices;

- persons who propagate ideas of extremism, terrorism, social, racial, national hatred and enmity through the Internet, electronic and print media;

- about performers who put inscriptions and images on real estate objects, building facades and vehicles ("graffiti»)and other materials of illegal campaigning content, including those aimed at inciting social, racial, national or religious discord.

Along with this, this section also allows you to leave your suggestions and ideas regarding the sphere of countering extremism and terrorism.
