The extradition of a wanted citizen of Kazakhstan from Afghanistan took place (Astana, March 15, 2017.)

Today, with the assistance of the national security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, citizen "Z"was extradited to Kazakhstan.

He is accused of creating, leading a terrorist group, financing its activities and committing terrorist crimes in the Atyrau region.He was wanted since 2011.

Earlier, the competent authorities of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan granted the request of the Prosecutor General's office of Kazakhstan to extradite this citizen to face criminal charges.

Recall that since the beginning of the year, two persons have been extradited from Afghanistan to Kazakhstan on the principles of reciprocity.
