The Prosecutor General met with the Qatari Ambassador to Kazakhstan (Astana, April 5, 2017)

Today, the Prosecutor General's office held a meeting with the Ambassador of the state of Qatar to Kazakhstan, Mr. Ahmed Ali al-Tamimi.

Zh. Asanov informed Mr. Ambassador about the achievements and prospects in the field of international cooperation, as well as told about the main activities and priorities of the Kazakhstan Supervisory authority.

Mr. Ambassador shared information about the structure of Qatar's law enforcement and judicial system, and expressed the Qatari side's interest in establishing and developing bilateral relations in the legal sphere.

Concluding the conversation, the Prosecutor General stressed the openness of the Kazakh Prosecutor's office for a constructive dialogue in all areas of international legal cooperation and the intention to expand and deepen bilateral relations.

Zh. Asanov thanked Mr. Ahmed Ali al-Tamimiz for the visit and wished him successful work at the head of the Qatari diplomatic mission in Kazakhstan.
