Radislav Gandapas: training in the walls of the Prosecutor's office

Radislav Gandapas, a well-known Russian expert on leadership, public speaking and personal development, held a training "Leader in a modern organization"at the Prosecutor General's office today.

To help students discover their professional talents and leadership qualities, to see the prospects for personal growth, to teach them to be an effective Manager and Manager, to be able to motivate their subordinates to succeed and achieve their goals – these thoughts were conveyed by the lecturer to the audience.

According to the unanimous opinion of the audience, the training was very useful and interesting. Prosecutors got a unique opportunity to hear first-hand advice and recommendations that everyone needs for self-development and professional activity.

The relevance of the event is fully consistent with the goals of implementing one of the key vectors of the national Plan "100 concrete steps", aimed at further successful development of the country based on the formation of a professional state apparatus and improving the quality of human capital.
