The Prosecutor General's office presented the reception Center for citizens

Astana, May 17, 2017. Today, the General Prosecutor's Office presents the Citizens Reception Center (hereinafter - the Center). The center was created on the site of the old checkpoint, and operates on the principle of "one window".

In the Center, prosecutors on duty receive and consult citizens, assist in drafting appeals. They are also recording an appointment to the leadership of the prosecutor’s offices of all levels. Visitors can get information about the progress of their appeal and a copy of their responses.

The Center's premise is equipped with waiting areas for citizens and an electronic queue. For the convenience of citizens, a coffee machine and a dispenser are installed.

Information stands with a schedule and rules of reception, samples of appeals are also posted in the hall.

"On the instructions of Prosecutor General Zhakip Asanov we created the Citizens Reception Center, which in the test mode was functioning since April of the current year. And today we officially open it. This is one of the steps to improve the quality of work with the public. We plan to create similar conditions in the regions before the end of the year, "S. Suleimen said, acquainting guests with the work of the Center.

The chairman of the CLS and SA Bagdat Musin also spoke about the implementation of the idea of creating the Center.

"Our employees themselves need to feel this aura, we want to create a climate of service, so that prosecutors also rebuilt, understand that they, as in the PSC, provide services .It is clear that this is just the beginning, we will show further improvements in service in the Center for Law Enforcement Services, which we plan to launch in the near future, "he said.

Improvements also touched upon the call center of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where business processes were improved and staff trained.

"We are actively improving our activities, especially in dealing with citizens' appeals, including through the call center 115. Last year, we processed more than 73,000 calls, each of them is important for us and we carefully process each appeal," Zhanbolat Tuganbayev said, head of the Office for Supervision of the Application of Laws on the Consideration of Appeals and Office Work of the General Prosecutor's Office.

The center is open for visitors on working days, from Monday to Friday inclusive from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with lunch break (from 13.00 to 14.30), is located at the address: Astana, Mangilik El 14, Prosecutor's Office building.
