Heads of law enforcement bodies of Kazakhstan arrived on a working visit to Germany

May 24, 2017 Frankfurt on Main (Germany). There was a visit of the Kazakhstan delegation to Germany under the leadership of the Deputy Chief of the President Administration Talgat Donakov.

The trip is organized with the purpose of studying and sharing experience of law enforcement and judicial bodies of the foreign party.

The delegation included the chairman of the Constitutional Council Igor Rogov, the Minister of Internal Affairs Kalmukhanbet Kasymov, the chairman of the Agency for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Kairat Kozhamzharov, the Deputy Prosecutor General Yerlik Kenenbaev, as well as the representatives of the Supreme Court, National Security Committee, National Bureau, KGD.

The head of the Kazakh delegation Talgat Donakov thanked the German side for the warm welcome. "We are interested in the German prosecutor's office work specifics, especially in the criminal process. We are developing approaches to modernizing the law enforcement system of Kazakhstan, "he stressed in his welcoming speech.

Within the framework of the visit, the delegation visited the Frankfurt-on-Main prosecutor's office, where German colleagues talked about the specifics of pre-trial criminal proceedings and organization of work of the department. They also got acquainted with the work of the District Court, the City Police Department. In the city of Wiesbaden, there was a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Hesse.

The police officers shared their experience of investigating crimes against banditry, against life and other crimes of a property nature.

"This trip is organized on the initiative of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Kazakhstan with the support of the President Administration. The main topic of the meeting is the study of the German experience in the light of the modernization of the criminal process in Kazakhstan, " the Deputy Attorney General of Kazakhstan Yerlik Kenebayev noted.
