Deputy Prosecutor General Marat Akhmetzhanov took part in the V-th forum of machine Builders of Kazakhstan, the main topic of which was the relationship of business with the state and quasi-public sectors, reducing administrative barriers and further prospects for the development of domestic engineering.
The Deputy Prosecutor General introduced the Forum participants to the measures taken by the Prosecutor's office to create a safe and comfortable business environment.
Special attention was paid to the criminal process.
"It is in the criminal process that the facts of hard "pressure" from the security forces occur. Almost half of the companies that fell into these "millstones" have ceased to exist, " M. Akhmetzhanov said.
He also said that to change the situation, the Department changed the Rules for registering economic crimes.
As a result, the number of cases decreased by 4 times.
"The most important thing is that false entrepreneurship was decriminalized, and with it the total reversal of taxes became a thing of the past. We will continue to modernize the criminal process itself and expand the ability of lawyers to collect evidence, " the Deputy Prosecutor General added.
The speaker also spoke about the Agency's project "Electronic criminal case", which will get rid of unnecessary functions, papers and falsification of evidence, as well as the mobile app "Kamkor", designed to notify entrepreneurs about inspections.
The speech also touched on the services provided in the law enforcement service Centers of the Prosecutor's office.
Innovative developments and new approaches to the work of the Prosecutor's office aroused great interest in the business community of the participating countries and a desire for mutual exchange of experience.
We add that the Forum participants were First Deputy Prime Minister Mamin A. U, Minister for investment and development kassymbek Zh. M., Ambassador of Austria to Kazakhstan, Dr. Gerhard Sailler, as well as heads of state agencies, international and national organizations in the field of mechanical engineering.
