March 20, 2020 on the NPA open data portal (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=3433042) posted a draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on amendments to the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2014 No. 69 "on approval of the Rules and conditions for passing computer testing of employees of the system of Prosecutor's offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subject to certification, on knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and logical thinking»» (hereinafter-the draft order).

The draft order in the Appendix "Specialization in the areas of Prosecutor's supervision, organizational, personnel and analytical activities" to the Rules of passing computer testing for knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and logical thinking when certifying employees of bodies, departments and institutions of the Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan item 7 "Block No. 7 (Academy)" two questions on the State mandatory standard of postgraduate education, approved by Government resolution No. 1080 of August 23, 2012, replaced with questions from the State mandatory standards of education at all levels of education, approved by order of the Minister of education and science of October 31, 2018 No. 604.
