Illegal business inspections have been established in East Kazakhstan region

The prosecutor's office of the Ulansky district of East Kazakhstan region, during the monitoring of information systems (ERSOP, SIOPSO), identified violations of the rights of business entities.

The State Revenue Department, based on complaints from residents of the area, conducted unscheduled tax audits of two grocery stores, as a result of which the owners were brought to administrative responsibility for selling alcoholic beverages without permits under Art.283-1 Part 5, Article 283-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

A study of the materials established that entrepreneurs have the appropriate licenses to sell alcoholic beverages, thus, protocols against them were drawn up illegally.

Moreover, it turned out that the basis for the tax authority’s inspections were complaints from applicants who are the spouses of the inspection persons themselves.

At the request of the prosecutor, the court terminated administrative cases due to the lack of corpus delicti.

According to the act of prosecutorial supervision, officials of the DGD East Kazakhstan region were brought to strict disciplinary liability.
