In accordance with paragraph 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on law enforcement service", I ORDER:
1. Make the following changes to the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2015 No. 156 "on approval of the Rules for selection of candidates accepted for service in the Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their preliminary study" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 12782, published on December 31, 2015 in the information and legal system "Adilet") :
in the Rules for the selection of candidates accepted for service in the Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their preliminary examination, approved by the specified order:
paragraph 14 should read as follows:
"14. The threshold values for the test are at least 70% of the correct answers from the total number of questions.
Thus, according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About Prosecutor's office", "On combating corruption", the code of Ethics of civil servants of Republic Kazakhstan (Rule of office ethics of state servants), approved by the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 29, 2015 No. 153 the number of correct answers should be at least 70 % of each regulatory act.";
paragraph 16 to read as follows:
"16. After the test is completed, candidates are given the test results with their last name, first name, patronymic (if any), date of the test, time spent, and the number of correct answers.
The test results are valid for one year from the date of passing the test.";
paragraph 17 should read as follows:
"17. Candidates who received a rating below the threshold during testing are allowed to retest no earlier than one month from the date of testing.";
Appendix 2 to the specified Rules to state in the new edition according to the Appendix to this order.
2. The Department of personnel development of the Prosecutor General's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan should provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order a copy on paper carrier and in electronic form in Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state enterprise on right of economic management "Republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for publication and is included in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on the official Internet resource of the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Control over the implementation of this order shall be assigned to the Department of personnel development of the General Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
