ORDER:
1. Add to the joint order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 21, 2017 No. 18 and the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 22, 2017 No. 127 "on approval of the Rules and grounds for obtaining by the authorized financial monitoring body from the information exchange system of law enforcement, special state and other bodies information necessary to counteract the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 14952, published on may 2, 2017 in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following change:
in the Rules and grounds for obtaining by the authorized financial monitoring body from the information exchange system of law enforcement, special state and other bodies information necessary to counteract the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism, approved by the said joint order:
paragraph 17 should read as follows:
"17. Fixing all parameters in the operation of the SPI PSO is performed at the time of Nur-Sultan.".
2. The Committee on legal statistics and special records of General Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this joint order on the official Internet resource of the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Control over the implementation of this joint order shall be assigned to the chairmen of the Committee on legal statistics and special accounts of the General Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Committee on financial monitoring of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This joint order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
