In order to prevent, suppress and prevent the facts of committing crimes in the field of fraud, the prosecutor of the city of Arkalyk held interagency operational meetings with representatives of the authorized bodies of the city of Arkalyk, where proposals were developed to improve the fight against crimes against property.
The issues of the state of law and order are under constant control, the main attention is paid to the prevention, prevention and suppression of crime in the region.
As part of legal explanatory work, the city prosecutor's office prepared 8 articles on the prevention of fraud, which were published in the newspapers "Arkalyk Khabar", "Torgay", the material on the topic of prevention of fraud was posted on the air of the TV channel "Arka Didary", and also 1 video was developed on the departmental website of the local of the executive body, booklets were posted, lectures were held in educational institutions and organizations and booklets “How not to become a victim of a fraudster” were distributed, lectures are held monthly among the personnel of the investigation department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Arkalyk on the methods of investigation and registration of crimes of this type in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations database.
As of September 29, 2016, 24 criminal offenses were registered in the city of Arkalyk under Article 190 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, against 44 for the same period in 2015 (a decrease of 45.4%).
