The court No. 2 of the city of Kostanay sanctioned a measure of restraint in the form of detention in relation to citizen "B", who committed fraudulent actions in the city. 6 residents of the city became victims of the fraudster.
Various criminal schemes were used to commit fraud, but the result was the same, the citizens were left without their gold products.
So, citizen "B", posing as a friend of a girl whose gold items were stolen, and expressing suspicion of the theft of jewelry to citizens, under the pretext of identification, persuaded to take off the jewelry, took a look, and then hid.
In another case, while in a water park, she suggested that the children take off their earrings so that they would not lose them while swimming.
Also, the victims of the fraudster were elderly women, whose citizen "B", under the pretext of finding out the sample of gold products, by deception persuaded to take off the earrings and rings, then put them in pawnshops, and then returned them jewelry.
On August 17, this year, her criminal activities were stopped and she was placed in a pre-trial detention center.
