In accordance with the requirements of paragraphs 4 and 5 of Article 6, paragraph 2 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Law Enforcement Service", admission to the service of law enforcement agencies is carried out on a competitive basis with the obligatory passing of an internship, compulsory special examination, medical and psychophysiological examination, including number of polygraph examinations.
By order of the Prosecutor General of May 4, 2014 No. 40, the Rules for the competition and internship for holding positions in the bodies, departments and institutions of the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) were approved, providing for a new procedural procedure for holding a competition for recruitment to the prosecutor's office.
The organization of the "pre-competition" procedures (special checks, medical examination and polygraph examination by military medical commissions, computer testing) are entrusted to the personnel departments of the bodies, departments and institutions of the prosecutor's office.
In this regard, citizens wishing to enter the service of the prosecutor's office have the right to contact the personnel service of the Kostanay prosecutor's office and receive a referral for undergoing compulsory medical examination, polygraph examination, special verification and computer testing before announcing the competition.
