In accordance with the Plan of the Nation - 100 Concrete Steps to Implement Five Institutional Reforms of the Head of State, a three-stage system of selection of citizens entering the service of law enforcement agencies has been introduced.
First stage. Passing testing for knowledge of the state language and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as testing for assessing personal qualities in the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption or its territorial bodies (hereinafter referred to as the authorized body).
Second stage. With a positive passing of the selection procedures in the Agency and obtaining a Certificate of passing the test for knowledge of the state language and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Conclusion on the results of testing to assess the personal qualities of a candidate for the position of law enforcement, the candidate has the right to participate in the selection and competition directly in the law enforcement agency (prosecutor's office , Internal Affairs, Anti-Corruption Service and Economic Investigation Service).
Third stage. Interview with the competition Commission of the law enforcement Agency.
The rules, programs and organization of testing of citizens entering the law enforcement service for the first time were approved by order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated September 20, 2016 No. 1.
