September 10, 2020 on the Open Data Internet portal of the NLA (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=4839876) a draft order of the prosecutor general of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on approval of instructions for the provision of information and reference services by legal statistics and special accounting bodies to individuals and legal entities".
In general, the amendments clarify the main approaches to providing legal statistical information to individuals and legal entities, as well as regulate the provision of information about the commission of administrative offenses by a person in order to exclude them from the Register of public services related to automation.
Public discussion of the draft order is carried out within 10 working days.
