Study on the development of the project:

This project grants the head of the territorial authorized body the right to extend the period of verification and refuse to register acts of appointment, additional acts of preventive control and supervision. However, this decision is made during the period of validity of the legal act of the state body.

The General changes are aimed at improving the accounting of inspections and preventive control and supervision with visits to the subject (object) of control and supervision.
