Press release on the draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on amendments and additions to the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 27, 2018 No. 29

August 19, 2020 on the online portal of open data of NPA (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=4649050) posted a draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About modification and additions in the order of the General Prosecutor of RK of February 27, 2018 No. 29 "On approval of Rules of maintenance and use of special records of persons who have committed criminal offences subject to criminal liability, persons criminally liable for committing criminal offences and accounting fingerprinting of detainees and convicted persons".

In General, the changes are aimed at improving accounting of perpetrators of criminal offences subject to criminal liability, persons criminally liable for committing criminal offences and accounting fingerprinting of detainees and convicted prisoners.

Public discussion of the draft order is held within 10 working days.
