PRESS RELEASE on the draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on amendments and additions to the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2017 No. 124 "on approval of forms of judicial statistical reports in the civil law sphere and Instructions for their formation»

August 13, 2020, the Internet portal of open data of NPA (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=4603212) posted a draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About modification and additions in the decree of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan from November 2, 2017 No. 124 "About approval of forms of statistical reports of the judiciary in civil law and Instructions on their formation" (further - draft order).

The draft order was developed in order to bring it into line with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 10, 2020 "on amendments and additions to the Civil procedure code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the introduction of modern formats for the work of courts, reducing unnecessary court procedures and costs".

Public discussion of the draft order is held within 10 working days.
