3 мая 2024 года на интернет-портале открытых данных НПА (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=15037631) размещен проект приказа Генерального Прокурора «О внесении изменения в приказ Генерального Прокурора Республики Казахстан от 27 января 2023 года № 43 «Об утверждении формы отчета № 1-АД «О результатах рассмотрения уполномоченными органами дел об административных правонарушениях» и Инструкции по его формированию» (далее – проект).

Проект разработан в целях приведения в соответствие с Законом Республики Казахстан от 15 апреля 2024 года № 73-VIII ЗРК «О внесении изменений и дополнений в Кодекс Республики Казахстан об административных правонарушениях по вопросам обеспечения прав женщин и безопасности детей.

Публичное обсуждение проекта проводится в течение 10 рабочих дней.
