21 декабря 2023 года на интернет-портале открытых данных НПА (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=14870309) размещен проект приказа Генерального Прокурора «О внесении дополнений в приказ исполняющего обязанности Генерального Прокурора Республики Казахстан от 25 декабря 2020 года  № 162 «Об утверждении Правил регистрации актов о назначении, дополнительных актов о продлении сроков профилактического контроля с посещением субъекта (объекта) контроля и надзора и (или) проверки, отказа в их регистрации и отмены, уведомлений о приостановлении, возобновлении, продлении сроков профилактического контроля с посещением субъекта (объекта) контроля и надзора и (или) проверки, изменении состава участников и представлении информационных учетных документов о профилактическом контроле с посещением субъекта (объекта) контроля и надзора и (или) проверке и их результатах» (далее – проект).

Настоящим проектом Правила дополняются приложением «Требование о производстве проверки в порядке подпункта 6) пункта 1 статьи 10, пунктов 2 и 3 статьи 26 Конституционного закона Республики Казахстан «О прокуратуре» и  порядком их назначения.

Указанное право прокурора требовать от уполномоченных органов производства проверок предусмотрено пунктом 19 Инструкции, утвержденной приказом Генерального Прокурора от 17 января 2023 года № 32 «О некоторых вопросах организации прокурорского надзора».

Публичное обсуждение проекта приказа проводится в течение 10 рабочих дней.
