Press release to the draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 28, 2003 No. 1050 " on the formation of the Committee on legal statistics and special records of the Prosecutor General's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan»

April 15, 2020 on the open data portal of the NPA ( https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=3611064 )  a draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 28, 2003 No. 1050 " on the formation of the Committee on legal statistics and special records of the Prosecutor General's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (hereinafter-the draft Decree).

The draft Decree stipulates that the Committee of the Prosecutor General's office should be assigned the function of analyzing appeals from individuals and legal entities received by state bodies, with the exception of appeals received by the President and his Administration, The first President – Elbasy and his Office, the Security Council, the Parliament and its deputies, the constitutional Council, the Office of the Prime Minister.

This function will allow you to identify the reasons and conditions that served as the basis for submitting applications and complaints, to promptly eliminate violations of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens, and, in General, to improve the work of state bodies in reviewing appeals.

Public discussion of the draft Decree is held within 10 working days.
