Comment to the center for analysis and investigation of cyber attacks on information leaks

The Committee on legal statistics and special records of the Prosecutor General's office conducted a corresponding check on the report of the center for analysis and investigation of cyber attacks on data leakage from information systems.

It is established that data on administrative offenses are not available on the Internet in open form. You can't log in without special identification.

At the same time, together with center for analysis and investigation of cyber attacks, certain risks were identified that do not affect the vulnerability of systems and do not pose a threat to the protection of stored information. They have now been eliminated.

In General, the Committee pays special attention to the security of personal data when creating information systems.

For this purpose, the Agency cooperates with various competent organizations.

In particular, in 2018, according to the signed Memorandum with the Central BANK, the Committee's information systems were checked for possible leaks and risks of illegal access. However, no threats were identified.
