PRESS RELEASE to the draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan " on approval of the Rules of public services provided by the Committee on legal statistics and special records of the Prosecutor General's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial bodies

January 23, 2020 at the online open data portal of normative legal acts (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=2959584&type=2) posted a draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of Rules of the state services rendered by Committee on legal statistics and special records of General Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial bodies" (hereinafter - draft order).

The draft order was elaborated in order to conform with the Law of 25 November 2019 No. 272-VI "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of state services.

Public discussion of the draft standard is held within 10 business days.
