09 августа 2023 года на интернет-портале открытых данных НПА (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=14662149) размещен проект приказа Генерального Прокурора «О внесении изменения и дополнений в приказ Генерального Прокурора Республики Казахстан от 4 января 2023 года № 4 «Об утверждении Правил регистрации, учета обращений, поступающих в государственные органы, органы местного самоуправления, юридические лица со стопроцентным участием государства, а также ведения информационной аналитической системы «Электронные обращения» (далее – проект).

Настоящий проект приведен в соответствие с резолюцией Заместителя Премьер-Министра-Руководителя Аппарата Правительства (17-02/01-92-9//872 п. 12.1 от 27.07.2023 года).

Публичное обсуждение проекта приказа проводится в течение 10 рабочих дней.
