Press release to the draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of Instructions for the reception, issuance, storage and destruction of terminated criminal Cases by the archival work units of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

9 сентября 2022 года на интернет-портале открытых данных НПА (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=14228794) размещен проект приказа Генерального Прокурора «Об утверждении Инструкции по приему, выдаче, хранению и уничтожению прекращенных уголовных дел подразделениями архивной работы Комитета по правовой статистике и специальным учетам Генеральной прокуратуры Республики Казахстан» (далее – проект).

Настоящий проект разработан Комитетом по правовой статистике и специальным учетам Генеральной прокуратуры в рамках Конституционного закона Республики Казахстан от __ октября 2022 года  «О прокуратуре».

Публичное обсуждение проекта приказа проводится в течение 10 рабочих дней.
