Press release to the draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Rules for registration, accounting of appeals received by state bodies, local self-government bodies, legal entities with one hundred percent participation of the state, as well as the maintenance of the information analytical system "Electronic appeals"

5 сентября 2022 года на интернет-портале открытых данных НПА (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=14219800) размещен проект приказа Генерального Прокурора «Об утверждении Правил регистрации, учета обращений, поступающих в государственные органы, органы местного самоуправления, юридические лица со стопроцентным участием государства, а также ведения информационной аналитической системы «Электронные обращения» (далее – проект).

Настоящий проект разработан Комитетом по правовой статистике и специальным учетам Генеральной прокуратуры в рамках Конституционного закона Республики Казахстан от __ октября 2022 года  «О прокуратуре».

Публичное обсуждение проекта приказа проводится в течение 10 рабочих дней.
