Illegal payment from the budget was prevented

The Department of legal statistics and special records Of the Committee of the Prosecutor General's Office for Pavlodar region in cooperation with the Department "Interdepartmental settlement center for social payments" has taken measures to prevent misuse of budget funds.

Since the beginning of 2018, the Department has been sending information about the death of persons who were recipients of pensions and benefits to the Department on the basis of the database "system of information exchange of law enforcement and special bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

This measure eliminates the possibility of accrual of payments to persons who have lost the right to receive them.

Previously, in practice, there were cases when, due to the late receipt of information from authorized bodies to the Department, payments continued to be accrued to the accounts of deceased citizens, which did not exclude the facts of withdrawal of funds by their relatives and friends.

Thus, over the past year, the Department sent information about more than 1.2 thousand persons, which prevented the overpayment of budget funds in the amount of 59 million tenge.
