Metropolitan precinct officers keep electronic records on tablets
As part of the project "Unified register of administrative proceedings" Of the state program "Digital Kazakhstan", since the beginning of this year, district police inspectors, migration service officers and juvenile Affairs inspectors of Astana have been conducting administrative cases in electronic format.
Over a month they have compiled more than 6 thousand administrative protocols in the amount of 23 million tenge.
In the past year, the capital's road patrol police issued more than 100 thousand reports in electronic format. The level of equipment of this service with tablets is 83%.
Note that for the convenience of citizens, the procedure for paying fines has been simplified. They can be paid at the place of registration of the Protocol, through banks or payment terminals. The system is integrated with 13 large second-tier banks, which relieved citizens of the obligation to provide a receipt for payment to the state Agency.
Currently, the Department of the Astana city Committee is working to fully equip all city police services with tablets.
