The quality of consideration of requests is under special control
On the initiative The Committee on legal statistics and special records of the Prosecutor General's office in Mangistau region held an interdepartmental meeting on the quality of consideration of appeals from individuals and legal entities.
The event was attended by employees of the territorial administration of the Committee, as well as state bodies of the region. The most common violations committed by civil servants in handling complaints, their causes, and suggestions for further improvement of the activity were discussed.
As representatives of the Committee's management noted, 141 appeals were considered in violation of the deadline in the region over the past year. 19 appeals from one applicant, left unanswered By the Department of public utilities of the akimat of Aktau, were resolved only after the intervention of the Supervisory authority.
According to the act of supervision on February 15 this year, the head of the Department was brought to disciplinary responsibility in the form of a reprimand.
In total, in the past year, 29 officials were brought to administrative responsibility under part 1 of article 498 of the administrative Code for late submission of a report and distortion of statistical data.
In this regard, the need to strengthen control over the quality of consideration of appeals and compliance with the legislation in this direction was noted.
Participants were explained the procedure for registering, recording and reviewing complaints and applications, the requirements for their completeness and timely resolution, as well as the formation of statistical reports.
As a result of the meeting, specific recommendations were developed to prevent such violations in the future.
