About the procedure for registration and payment of administrative fines
As part of the project implemented by the Prosecutor General's office – "Unified register of administrative proceedings" (ERAP), the process of registration and payment of fines for traffic violations has been automated in the country.
Since April of this year, traffic police administrative reports for traffic violations (subject to review by the internal Affairs bodies) are compiled everywhere in electronic format on tablet devices.
This greatly simplifies the procedure for repayment of imposed administrative fines, which can be paid on the spot (using the right to pay 50% of the amount of the fine specified in the article's sanction), as well as through the cash offices of large banks.
In addition, it is possible to pay a fine online on the Internet resources of banks – www.kaspi.kz, www.post.kz and www.homebank.kz., as well as through their payment terminals or mobile apps.
State resources are also available for the convenience of citizens - qamqor.gov.kz. and www.egov.kz.
After repayment of the penalty, information about this is displayed in the system within 15-20 minutes, which frees citizens from visiting the state Agency and the need to confirm payment with a receipt.
