The procedure for providing two public services has been changed
In April 2019, the order of the Prosecutor General amended the Standards of public services for the issuance of archival certificates and information on administrative offenses.
Now, to get an archive certificate, citizens do not need to contact the service provider-the legal statistics bodies, but simply submit an application to the state Corporation "Government for citizens" or through the e-government web portal www.egov.kz.
At the same time, the terms of providing this service have been reduced from 30 to 10 calendar days.
The process of issuing information about administrative offenses has also been simplified.
The state service is provided only through the e-government web portal. The alternative of obtaining information through the service provider and the State Corporation "Government for citizens" is excluded.
To do this, a citizen must register on the portal using the IIN, and also specify the function - "order a service online". The time for receiving the certificate has been reduced from 3 business days to 15 minutes.
