A request for a certificate and its apostille can be sent in electronic form
We remind you that on the e-government web portal www.egov.kz the possibility of electronic submission of a request for a certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record in paper form for traveling abroad has been implemented.
If you need to apostille the certificate, you can pay the state fee online.
Another convenience of the innovation for citizens is the ability to choose a branch of the state Corporation "Government for citizens", where they want to receive a response in paper form.
Previously, requests for these services could only be sent in hard copy.
